No. In fact it may be the best time to fundraise online. People are on the internet, their social feeds and in touch with others digitally, like never before. They’re looking for good news and ways to help while at home.

How Best Do We Run An online Raffle Now?

With the push online, we’re seeing lots of organizations using emails, text URL sharing, and social media pushes like usual, but some are going LIVE on Facebook or Instagram, like a “radiothon”, entertaining and informing their supporters, selling tickets and hosting the draw LIVE online. Under this format, one-day raffles can be really successful.

What is Your Sales Referral Program?

When a purchaser buys a ticket to your raffle and has a FC account, they are assigned a link that, when shared, will track any sale they produce back to them. We will run the program on your behalf free of charge, emailing your purchasers, inspiring referrals and rewarding the top referrer, free of charge.

Aren’t people struggling financiallY?

Some are… yes, but many others aren’t. Raffles are a soft way to gain support. They’re fun (we all need more of that!), present an opportunity to win something and are affordable. Supporters can SHARE the raffle vs. BUY to help out even if they don’t have the income to purchase.

What is Your Fee?

We operate on a percentage of sales model with a 15% of fees going towards our support, ticket processing charges, and technology fees. There is no risk to run a raffle with us and we partner with you for success.

What Type Of Raffles Can We Run?

How is the MOney Handled?

When you run a raffle, depending on it’s duration, we will automatically transfer raffle funds to your lottery account once a week along with a statement of how the fees were calculated.

What happens if I buy a ticket And the raffle changes Due to COVID-19?

When you purchase a raffle ticket you can rest assured that your purchase is secure and the raffle will be conducted as per the details listed in the raffle page. A raffle will only be changed by request of the raffle organizer if agreed to by the regulator and ticket purchasers will be notified. Raffles cancelled for unforeseen circumstances will be fully refunded.

How can I help if I can’t afford to buy?

Supporting a non profit’s raffle campaign goes way beyond just buying a ticket. Sharing the raffle with those closest to you by texting the raffle URL asking for their support, posting it on your social feeds and advocating for their cause by sharing their posts with others is huge. It only takes a handful of people actively sharing the raffle to garner big sales, get exposure and introduce a cause to new fans and followers!

What happens if I don’t get my ticket over email?

The great thing about an online raffle is that if you completed your sale online, that assures you are in the draw. Even if something happens with your email client and you fail to receive your tickets, you can rest assured you are still in the draw. if you don’t get your tickets simply email us, let us know the raffle an email you bought for and we’ll send you your tickets.
